The therapuetic approach I utilize features the best of Cognitive therapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.   A major part of my professional focus is attaining client-oriented solutions through proven and successful cooperative models.  This is done most often with in-office appointments and Skype Webcam calls.

  Basically, I have a “no nonsense” approach.  Rather than getting “deeper” into  the “problem,” the work I do helps clients “add-in” resources and empowering perspectives. My clients make tremendous strides because they are able to get clear with what they want and how to get it. The overall well-being of a person is important to me, hence, helping women and men to cultivate thinking, feelings and actions that lead to self-value, worthwhile relationships and a satisfying future, are key themes in my practice.
