In-person sessions are preferred by people who want personalized guidance in order to develop more empowering, self -supporting  ways of thinking, feeling, or performing This format allows you to make the changes you desire. What makes my sessions especially impacting is the use of effective tools like cognitive therapy, guided visualization and NLP processes.

I find out what you want to change and what makes this 'change' important to and for you. Sessions will assist you to add resourceful attitudes, beliefs, strategies and behaviors in order to accomplish what you say you want.  We explore interferences  to achieving your desires, at your own pace.   An in-office session offers you the safety and privacy needed to handle those important performance and personal issues.  

Skills are built for thinking and feeling capable in a variety of difficult situations.  The following are examples of topics that people like you have safely and painlessly shifted:
  • traumas, phobias, fears and compulsions
  • mental blocks in sports like golf, cheerleading, gymnastics
  • debilitating emotional states (e.g., angry, overwhelmed, hopeless, anxious)
